What to Expect

  • A 40'x60' timber frame barn - accommodating 185 people

  • Ample parking in the field

  • Use of surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies and photos

  • Use of newly built kitchen for general prep, warming, and chilling, serving, etc. (full-scale cooking is not permitted). 

  • The use of mismatched plates and cutlery for your event. 

  • Wedding suite available for the wedding party to get ready in. along with overnight accommodations for up to 4 people in the suite.

  • Staff member on duty the day of event, for assistance

  • Indoor washroom access your for your guests in our newly constructed addtion on the barn

  •  2 additional- 12 foot handmade pine tables

  • Able to bring in vendors of your choosing

  • Lighting includes a stunning wagon wheel chandelier and edison bulb string lighting hung from the ceiling, along with three large apple ladders, with white string lights attached. 

  • Large balcony located directly off the back of the barn with beautiful views of the valley

  • A beautiful outdoor ceremony location overlooking the Annapolis Valley - including wooden benches for ceremony seating 

  • Lots of photo opportunities, with multiple ponds, barn backdrops, valley views, fields and forests.

  • Use of kitchen for prep - Warming and cooling only
